Hunter Housing

Showcasing the most beautiful assisted living

The Task

When the Summer Foundation wanted to showcase the full extent of accessibility in their new homes in the Hunter Valley, what better way was there than with a stunning video?

“We looked to Taste for the creative and structural guidance that would deliver an engaging digital solution, authentically cast in that an actual tenant would do the ‘showing’ of the apartment and its features.”

The Brilliant Idea

The Hunter Housing Project film is a beautiful 3min live action video set in one of the Hunter residential units with resident, Ben, showing us features throughout the house.

Clean, animated graphics and diagrams to highlight how the selected features, design and technology work and how they make living that much easier.

“Since the video was produced, there is a healthy pipeline of new, accessible housing projects in the works. This evidence of replication and scale is the success we were looking for!”

This project was made inclusively.

The production created opportunities for people living with disability to work in front of, and/or behind the camera, to help develop their experience in the professional creative industry.
