The Role of the Commission

An educational campaign clarifying the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission's essential function for both suppliers and participants. Folk Agency brought Taste Creative on board specifically for our reputation for high standards of inclusion on our sets and our ability to deliver premium quality outputs.

Working closely with Folk and the Centre for Inclusive Design, we authentically cast on-camera talent with lived experience of disability and tailored our creative approach to suit the participants. Shooting across 9 locations in just 3 days, we captured compelling content that clearly communicated the Commission's three key roles: Educating, Listening, and Regulating.

The resulting videos provide clear, accessible information that helps NDIS participants understand their rights and empowers service providers to meet quality standards. This comprehensive campaign has significantly improved engagement and understanding of the Commission's vital work.
